We are a community of professionals whose common interest is that we all care passionately about our work, our industry and promoting best practices.

A while back, a number of us were feeling that there’re not enough opportunities for us to get together to share our thoughts and ideas’ concerning what was going on in our industry. We agreed that we wanted to create an organization, free of any political or traditional organizational ties, where we could meet on a regular basis to share, thoughts, ideas and experiences that can be leveraged in the best interest of our industry. It is out intent to create and promote best in breed practices that would enable us to improve our overall industry and give back in a positive, publicly conscience manner.

It was on this foundation that the The Educational Network was built!

As an organization, we encourage our members to participate in all teleservices oriented trade groups. We're  a building group of teleservices professionals that have a common objective – to serve and promote our industry through positive collaboration, education and networking.

All who join us pledge to act and deliver professional, quality oriented, legally balanced teleservices.

To create an educational community where those of us who care for the teleservices industry can meet and exchange thoughts and ideas. To offer networking opportunities that will provide a forum to share our ideas and create solutions for the issues affecting our industry. To offer a forum through which anyone involved in the industry, no matter how long or short their tenure, can share their ideas, thoughts, concerns and experiences. We will self govern to a higher standard through active awareness and change as we continuously look to raise the bar of quality service and delivery throughout the teleservices industry.
